djwebster Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 (edited) Hi Everyone, Just install my Prestashop the Front office works with demo item http://shopping.djwebster.co.za but when i go to my back office http://shopping.djwebster.co.za/virgo i just see a white page no error whatsoever on firefox and nothing loads and this link shows on the address bar : http://shopping.djwe...irect=AdminHome It does show that everything was install correctly but kindly asssist !! But on Chrome is get this error : Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving http://shopping.djwebster.co.za/virgo/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=9d094843c7915ebb8594ccab232b2024&redirect=AdminHome. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. Here are some suggestions: Reload this web page later. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request. benjamin utterback Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Hello djwebster, yes what are your chmod permissions set on the folders and files, you can try and change all of them to 755 at first in order to install.
