edzio
I recently installed the Authorize.net payment module (http://addons.prestashop.com/en/payments-gateways-prestashop-modules/4423-authorizenet.html) but after filling out the information it will not show up on my checkout, rather I am given the error message 'no payment gateways installed' The module config page shows a warning saying my site requires SSL, but I already have it and enabled in prestashop (and checking out on my store confirms the url going to https) My credentials were confirmed by Authorize.net and they said to contact Prestashop regarding this issue. So far my searches of the form have found only one solution that required modifying the module but that had no effect. I have even re-downloaded the module to ensure I have the most recent version. My prestashop install is version 1.5.1.

This is an issue with the Authorize.net module it seems, which Prestashop developed. Has anyone else had this issue?
Dh42
Still a link to the site is needed.

Dh42
Do you have the payment module activated for the currency / country?

I do not see anything on the Authorize.net config page for that (see my original post attachments). I have only done such currency / country setup for my shipping modules which are working, not this payment gateway.
Dh42
In the modules menu, click on payment from the drop down. Authorize.net uses two chaned gold boxes for its logo, make sure that it is enable for canada and for the customer group.
edzio
Ah right, I remember that page: It is enabled for Canada and all customer groups, Currency however cannot be edited. I re-saved my restrictions, but no change. Edited December 13, 2012 by edzio (see edit history)
Dh42
Hmm, try activating the bankwire module and see if it displays on the payment page. You cannot select currency with auth.net, they only accept USD.
edzio
I enabled bankwire and it does show up during checkout. My store is set to have Dollar (CAD) as it's default currency, though it does not look like switching it to USD made a difference in regards to this issue. Dh42, if I send you login details would you care to take a look at the backend?

Dh42
The solution ended up being setting the currency to USD, as authorize.net only accepts dollars.

lbrown
I'm having the same issue. I only have usd in my shop, seems to me like it should be automatically, set to that no? SOLUTION: YOU MUST NAME THE DOLLAR CURRENCY TO USD. not just in the iso field, but also the regular field.
