NinaCreatus
Hi! I would like to ask you for your help - does anyone know or had any similar situation in the past: I've been noticing now for more than two or three months that a couple of my products (2) are not displayed, eventhogh I marked them as "displayed" in my BO? The situation is rather funny, because I keep mark them as being displayed and they stay displayed for a couple of days and then, all of a sudden, they are cancelled from being displayed, as if someone woudl deliberatelly canceled them from being displayed. This had happened at least 10 times for now, which is rather annoying, because I have to check my BO to see if they are displayed or not regularly. Does anyone know what could be the reason of this and how to repair that? Thank you! Nina
benjamin utterback
Hi Nina, what version is your PrestaShop? Could you provide the URL? Thanks!
NinaCreatus
Hi Nina, what version is your PrestaShop? Could you provide the URL? Thanks! Hi, Benjamin! Thank you for your quick response. I use one of older versions, I think it is 1.3.2 and here's the URL to my e-store. http://www.unikatnica.com/ I can not upgrade my e-store, because I've made too many changes in the past into .php and ,html files and since I don't know anymore which files that were, it's really hard to do any upgrade - it is too risky. The URL to those two products are: http://www.unikatnica.com/unikatni-nakit-obeski/599-metuljev-obesek-prstan-ciklamna-roza.html and http://www.unikatnica.com/unikatni-nakit-obeski/600-metuljev-obesek-prstan-uhani-bela-oranzna.html Both products are displayed now, but yesterday the weren't and this has happened at least 8 times so far. Any answer or help is welcome!
tomerg3
Does anyone else have access to your BO? Do you see a pattern here, meaning does it happen after you use a certain module, or do something on the backoffice? Do you have a text site on the same server? benjamin utterback
Hello NinaCreatus, have you confirmed this issue on all browsers? Maybe turning on error reporting would show more information. I can see products at this time. To turn on error reporting in /config/config.inc.php and @ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

NO, noone else besides me should have access to my BO. I don't see any pattern here, but I'm going to put more attention to it from now on. What kind of text site did you have on your mind? Like any kind of website (html, wordpress, php)?
tomerg3
I meant test site, a copy of the same site used for testing, that may be connected to the same database...
NinaCreatus
I meant test site, a copy of the same site used for testing, that may be connected to the same database... No, there is no test site on the same server and the problem persists. I've just noticed that there's one category where the products keep disappearing. It happens randomly, there is no pattern. I don't know what would that be... any other idea? Is it possible to somehow monitor who connects to the e-store or is there any chance to do that by monitoring the ftp? Can I see who logged into the e-store BO?
tomerg3
You can add some code to monitor, but it would require making modifications to the login page in the BO, and add a DB insert command (to a new table that you will need to create).
