install prestashop with ixwebhosting

hello,
I can not install prestashop.
in step 3:
-> Put all the relevant data to my web hosting (the ixwebhosting) and do the test that's right;
-> Put the data in the email you send with success;
-> Add a prefix that is accepted, since the tables are generated once in phpmyadmin the host;

But when, in fine, click Next to go to step 4 for the configuration of the store, NO NOTHING HAPPENS..

I do not know ... what can I do?

I've got the same problem.
Tried to install on ixwebhosting .. and can't pass step3.

I checked with phpMyAdmin and the DB has been created..

Any help ?

I'm not sure if you still are having a problem with ixHosting and Presta. I just encountered that same situation and managed to get past it.


If you open up your MySQLserver in ixhosting and select the database created you can view your HOSTNAME which is typically along the lines of: mysqlXXX.ixwebhosting.com (XX.XXX.X.XXX).... xxx's are unique numbers.


Use that rather than LocalHost for the first info box in step 3. That should have you up and running.

I have followed the instructions to load on ixwebhosting and sucessfully connected to my database and sent an email.

However when I click on next to move to step 4 nothing happens.

Any ideas what I need to do?
