Back Office Modules Error

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if someone can help. I have just loaded up Prestashop version: 1.5.2.0

When i,m in the back office and click on the modules tab I get the error message below, reloading the page does not help.

 

In the Configuration Information everything is good apart from the error to fix magicquotes, no idea what this is, if anyone can help in plain simple terms I would really appreciate it.

Can anybody Help me how to create admin Module. I want to create sub Tab ('Customer Price') under main Tab "Customer". it need's to add Sub tab Automatically.

 

Any help??
