blockpermanentlinks reset error

Hi! I was making some modifications to the native permanent links block in v.1.5.1 and I clicked the reset link in the back office by mistake. Now the permanentlinksblock does not appear in the header as it should. I have checked and the hook is still in place and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the module multiple times to no avail.

 

The only modification I made was the addition of

<li id="header_link_about_us"><a href="http://www.gullions.com/localstore/index.php?id_cms=4&controller=cms"></a></li>

to blockpermanentlinks-header.tpl. Force recompile is on and cache is off so that's not the problem.
