[Solved] account deleted?

I tried creating an account with my primary email address, but I would never receive the activation email.

 

Then I tried creating it with a yahoo account. I received the activation email and activated the account. I then purchased three add-ons. Then I needed to log back into my Prestashop.com account the next day to get the info for the add-ons to install them and my account didn't work. I tried resetting the password, but it said my email address didn't exist in the system. So now I'm out over $500 and delayed on my projects. Can someone help recover my account?

 

Note: this new account that I created has the exact same username and email address as my old account, so it looks like the old account was definitely deleted. Help!

Are you talking about you account on this forum or on PrestaShop Addons?

Thanks Patric. I didn't know that prestashop.com and addons.prestashop.com were different accounts. That solved that issue.
