[error?] - No automatic Authorization accepted from PayPal upon successful payment?

Hello,

 

 

I am not fully sure if that is the normal behavior of this this module or not so I am simply going to ask here.

 

I had one order paid using paypal.

The order was properly made in BO, with the status 'Awaiting Paypal Payment'.

Payment was made.

Status remained the same.

 

 

Versions:

PS: 1.5.2

PayPal: 3.3

 

 

Maybe I was not patient enough because after I did check my account and saw the money was there, I changed the status myself after a few mins.

 

However I do not know if this is a normal behavior of this module or that maybe my customer closed the browser instead of clicking a button 'go back to the shop' or something, which prevented the payment status of the order to be properly updated (this happens with ATOS payment for example).

 

Or is it something else I missed? Please let me know.

Having exactly the same issue. I am on prestashop version 1.5.5.0 and paypal module version 3.6.1. Did u manage to find a solution?
