jkr
I would like to know where to change this text: "Shop powered by PrestaShop" The text will be displayed when I make link on my eshop in Google+ or Facebook. Is it a must to have this text there? If yes, so I would like to translate it in my mother tongue. Thank you
Muad'Dib
Hello, This text is optional. You can enable/disable it from the Modules > Front Office > CMS Block. At the very bottom there is a checkbox to display 'Shop Powered by Prestashop' or not. Otherwise if you want to leave it and just translate it in any installed language, I guess you will find the line to translate in BO > Localization > Translation > CMS Block. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Thank you, but in the CMS ist the text translated and unchecked. I have found, the Google+ displays (if you try to share a link) images from Image Slider Block and below is this text "Powered..." How can I find this text and change it? I use the default template. Thank you.

bwian1234
Hi JKR If it is the same as facebook then:- Preferences SEO & URLs Edit index > Meta description Hope that is correct.... G Hi, this is my first time on this forum. looks good ) I have set up a prestashop V1.5.4.1 everything is good except this 'Powered by Prestashop' on Facebook I have done the above and changed the Meta description, (on the index page), but it still says it. I've tried about a dozen times, changing the meta description to alsorts, but it still says 'Powered by Prestashop'. I have also unticked the box in the CMS module. I think I have flushed the cache, By ticking 'Force Compliation' and ticking 'Cache' I don't understand the cache bit very much, but it worked for the other tweeks I did. How do i shift the 'Powered by Presta' (I'm using the original version, no templates) pleeeeeeese thanks Edited May 11, 2013 by bwian1234 (see edit history)
