Differentiate "Shipping free from ..."

Hello, sorry for my english but we're italians, I have this problem, I hope you have it too so coule be helpful for someone else.

 

I need to differentiate the limit of free shipping by courier or the country of destination.

I mean, now there is only a box where eg. write 50 euro, if the customer's trolley exceeds 50 euro, the shipping is free regardless of the chosen courier or the country from which order.

 

I need that limit exists only for a certain courier and / or country, and for the other carriers and countries would be higher than that limit

 

How could make that ?
