Prestashop Admin
Hello there, I have no idea about this issue. It shows "Page not found" sometimes when clicked the same subcategories????? If I choose other time, it maybe working to show correct items. It's so weird. It's not happen to all subcategories but some of them. Background:(PS1.5+default free theme+enabled friendly URL and my website has run couple months ago) Friendly URL(Enabled) Yes No URL rewriting (mod_rewrite) is not active on your server or it is not possible to check your server configuration. If you want to use Friendly URLs you must activate this mod. Anyone can help me to work it out of my trouble? Thanks. Site
Is (mod_rewrite) enabled on your web server? Have you used "force compile" in the smarty settings from your backoffice? So it regenerates your theme for you? What do the links that work look like? What do the links that do not work look like?
Prestashop Admin
I think the mod_rewrite is enabled on my web server.(How could I to confirm this function?) About "force compile", I am not sure that I used it or not. If used before, then what can I do right now? The links that work look like: http://www.mywebsite.com/(id numbers)-(subcategories name) The links that not work look like: when I point to the name and it shows link like: http://www.mywebsite.com/(id numbers)-(subcategories name) but when I clicke it then jump to: http://www.mywebsite.com/page-not-found Right now, the links of not working before are working again, but still not find the solution.
