simpson7647
Hi all, I've got a problem I need help solving please. Currently, when you add a product to the cart, you are redirected to the cart. Origionally once you did this, you would remain on the page. I'm not sure if this is due to adding a SSL Certificate or not. All help will be much appreciated, Many thanks,
tomerg3
Unless you changed the behavior in the backoffice (or turned off the Ajax option in the blockcart module), it means you have a Javascript error on the product page o ajax-cart.js which prevents the Ajax add to cart from working. simpson7647
Thanks for the reply. I'll check the AJAX now, could the SSL Certificate affect this?
simpson7647
I've just noticed as well that I can add products from the 'featured' section on the homepage correctly but the products within the actual product pages is where the problem occurs. thanks,

Dh42
You have a js error on the page which is the cause. Click on one of the images, your fancybox is not working.
simpson7647
Hi, Sorry, which images do you mean? thanks,
Dh42
The product images. I would guess that a modification you made to the product.tpl Is the problem, I would try to restore it from a backup.
simpson7647
okay thanks, I'll restore the Product.tpl from the origional prestashop version. So it would be the product.tpl that sits in my theme folder? thanks,

Dh42
It would be. try restoring it, turning off any ccc and see what it gives you.
simpson7647
So you mean finding an origional product.tpl and using that to replace my current one? Sorry but what's CCC? Many thanks!
Dh42
The combine and compress, it is under force compile and cache in the preferences. If it is on, you might try taking it off first. Yes, I would make a copy of your current products.tpl file for a back up and then try uploading the other one to see if it fixes it.

simpson7647
This is how my CCC looks now, what do you think? Thanks
simpson7647
I did copy the product.tpl from the origional prestashop version which was on my FTP. So I had 3 themes on my FTP, Origional, Theme 1 and Theme 2. I copied the product.tpl from the origional and pasted on my currently theme in the same folder (theme 3) All that happened is the area around where you add the product to the cart all messed up so I couldnt even add a product to the cart to see if it made any difference. Any ideas? Are my settings in the above image okay? Thanks,
Dh42
The ccc settings are right. Try reverting back to the default prestashop theme and see if things start working.
