sahein
I have been trying to add the site lock badge to the homepage of my site and cannot find a module that will accept the small snippet of html code. I pasted it into a product description and it works there, but does not display on the homepage, only when that product is opened. I then tried to paste it into the module "home text editor" and I get an error when I hit save. Any suggestions? Dh42
I normally add it to the footer.tpl file. More than likely it uses javascript and you will have to put these tags around it {literal} code goes in here {/literal}
AmericasGotWood
Is there anyway to get more info on this. I tried it the way you state above and nothing seems to change when I edit the file.

Go to the preferences -> performance and turn force compile on - then reload your page. If you've got troubles with turning it on, or if you don't know where to turn it on, read this: force compilation in prestashop
