b0unce
Hey guys, I am stuck with a problem: When I type my sitename with some link with WWW, I am always redirected to page-not-found. For example, I try to go to www.mysite.com/sitemap, but I am brought to mysite.com/page-not-found. If I type in without www, then everything works fine. Friendly URL is on, CNAME on the server is set. I also get "You are currently connected with the following domain name..." if I set my eshop name to WWW.shop.com and after that login to http://shop.com and vice versa. Has anyone ideas how to fix it? Sorry for my bad English! Thank you!

deepee
This is the same issue I outlined in my earlier post and no-one has offerd a solution yet:- http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/208676-shop-url-configuration-issues-in-152/'>http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/208676-shop-url-configuration-issues-in-152/ The issue seems to be that the .htaccess file can't be altered to redirect http://www to http:// or vice versa. It wasn't an issue in previous versions as it could be easily edited but the new autogenerated .htaccess in 1.5.0 has a load of other stuff going on and I have no idea what it's doing. Also, canonical URL utility doesn't work properly and causes links to fail. I believe this is a serious issue Benjamin and it would help a lot of people if we are advised how to set up these canonical redirects within the new .htaccess or how to get around it.
