Payment module and invoice hook

I generate a reference number (número de referencia) to receive a payment sometimes the buyer decide to change the payment method when that happend I need to cancel this number because this number is given by another branch of my company.

 

 

To do this I think I have to develop a new AdminController to control the 'cancel reference' button behaviour. I want a similar process that when a validation happend for the payment.

Is there possible or how I can implement something similar.

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.5.2
