CSV Import Errors and Questions

I keep having problems with importing the following CSVs. Please take a look at the attached CSV and these links and advice what I need to do.

Hi,

 

I am also having issues importing from a CSV file. I looked at your file and am wondering about the fields you are attempting to import. On the CSV import area when you choose products you should see a list of the available field types/content. I may have different fields based on my theme, however you must be sure that the fields and the data match. There is also a required field marked with an *.

 

My issue is that I have a list of 16 products and only the first on the list is imported. Still trying to figure it out as I am just starting to populate my categories.
