monova
Hey guys, I have installed 1.4.9.0 a few months ago, and for about 3-4 days, even with Force compile set to YES and Cache to NO, the modif made to any tpl does not show. I have cleared my browsers cache, and the tools - smarty - cache & compile checked, they are empty. The smarty2 folders also. Anyone had this problem? Any ideeas on how to fix this? A clean install is a bit hard, i allready have ~2500 products on it, so.. i dont wanna go do that again any time soon Edited December 5, 2012 by monova (see edit history)
Bruno Leveque
Hey Adi, I hope you are doing well, thank you for your feedback. It seems that you already checked all the usual reasons of this behavior. There must be a reason, are you using any kind of override? Example: you are trying to modify /modules/mymodule/test.tpl whereas the tpl in use is /themes/mytheme/modules/mymodule/test.tpl If it's not the case, there must be another reason, please send me a PM with your credentials and an example of .tpl for which you don't see any change. vekia
it's not a bug with prestashop, it's strictly related to the caching system, i think that you should recompile the template in this case
Bejo
already do everything but the result still same. already do force complation and turn off cache for debug, and recomplile template with cache on.
