Multistore disappearing from Presta 1.5

Hi,

 

After upgrading from 1.5.0.13 to 1.5.2, I lost access to Multistore admin section under advanced parameters.

 

The multistore ability appears well on all other pages. It seems to be functionning like planned in the last stages of the 1.5.0.13 so no concerns with that.

 

Just the admin section disappeared from advanced parameters.

 

Any idea where the content of the advanced parameters menu is stored? DB?
