How do you handle RMAs?

I'm curious as to how other shops/users are handling their RMAs with Prestashop 1.5. I am using the RMA forms within Prestashop which seems to work well. However, once a product is returned I am having difficulty with the Return Products button at the top of the Orders screen. The page does not load correctly after clicking the button to return items to stock, and the quantities are not updated properly.

 

I'd like to launch my store regardless of whether this is fixed right away and am wondering how others are managing returns. Do we have any users that rely on these features and have success in tracking inventory? Do you track your RMAs outside of Prestashop and handle inventory manually in the Prestashop back office?

We handle inventory manually, since around 50% of our sales are from the physical world.

We do use, however, prestashops warehouse and advanced stock features as our main way of inventory handling.
