cart page doesnt delete last product

Hello,,

 

There is an error on my order page. When you add 1 product to the basket an click on checkout, youll see the order page with 1 product in cart

 

 

When you delete this product it says shopping cart empty but the product is still showing. when you have multiple items it deletes all trough ajax jquery but when you delete the last item it deletes it but it doesnt dissapear

 

 

i could force a page refresh trouch each click but that will ruin the nice effect
