MSkovmose
Version 1.5.2 Weird topic, I know, but it was the best I could come up with. I have a very strange bug, that I can't really get a connection with. On some computer with some browsers the shop forgets which products are added to the shopping cart. Have a look at this video I recorded of my screen: http://www.skovmose....a/prestabug.avi I didnt notice this bug until I was almost done setting up my shop and ready to go live. Because I dont have this bug on my stationary computer (with Firefox which is my normal browser), which I have used to set up the shop. But yesterday I was online from my car on my laptop and this bug almost scared the shit out of me. So when I got home, I testet on 3 more laptops. All with the same result except for random browsers... Laptop 1 (Asus): Works: Chrome Doesnt work: Firefox and IE Laptop 2 (Vega): Works: Chrome Doesnt work: Firefox and IE Laptop 3 (GF): Doesnt work: Chrome Laptop 4 (HP): Works: None Doesnt work: Firefox, IE and Chrome Stationary: Works: Firefox and IE Doesnt work: Chrome So some computers are bugged with some browsers but not with others?? Does anybody have any idea what is going on here?? I can't open my shop like this... the.rampage.rado
Remove www from 'SEO and URLs' field and try. Prestashop said it's fixed in the new upcoming version. Until then - this is the solution.
MSkovmose
Remove www from 'SEO and URLs' field and try. Prestashop said it's fixed in the new upcoming version. Until then - this is the solution. Do you mean from PREFERENCES -> SEO and URLs -> SHOP DOMAIN & SSL DOMAIN?? I tried that and now I cant enter any products or categories on my site. the.rampage.rado
Yes. I removed it both 'www' and this fixed my 'empty cart' problems. I access my shop without it anyway...

I see, thanks. Well I will try and play around with it now. Currently I'm restoring a file and database backup and then I will make sure, that I can see my categories and products before trying again. I'll inform again later about what happens. MSkovmose
Nope. Same thing happens again. If I remove the WWW from Domain and SSL Domain, then I cant go into anything. Products, categories, shopping cart, FAQ etc etc. And for some reason I cant bring it back by adding WWW again. Clearing cache, cookies etc. doesnt help on it either. I guess I need to make another restore. :S
dwilden
When remove www from SEO, uncheck Friendly-URL and save. Remove from the server .htaccess Return to SEO configuration and check de Friendly-URL again, save. Check if work fine you store...
the.rampage.rado
Of course - when you're making URL related changes you have to make new .htaccess file. @Dreamguard said how it can be done..
