Class et ID dans Global.css qui gèrent quoi ?

Bonsoir,

Quelqu'un pourrait me dire ce que gère ce paquet de class et id qui se trouve dans le fichier GLOBAL.CSS parce qu'elles m'énervent, elle m'empêche de modifier simplement des textes sur ma fiche produit (en créant une class dans l'editeur de code HTML).

Je l'ai supprimé pour voir et je ne vois pas d'impact mais par la suite je me pose des questions...
