GaTo
Hi! We would like to get in touch with a PS module programmer, that can make us a "buy 3, pay for 2" pricing module. It must work with V1.5.2.0 Functionality: - For every 3rd item in the cart, the module must remove the price of the cheapest item. - When a customer buys 1 or 2 items, the prices are unchanged. - When a customer buys 3 items, the price from the cheapest item is removed. - When a customer buys 4 or 5 items, there is still only a 3-for-2 price - When a customer buys 6 iems, the prices from the two cheapest items are removed. - Must apply for all item quanitites, regardless of wheter there are 3 pcs of 1 x identical products or 3 x different products in the cart. - If all items have equal price one of the items are removed. - Display a text in the cart showing how much the customer have saved on this purchase (price from the reduced quanitites). GaTo
I did not find any excising modules to solve our particular need, so our developer programmed a routine in the the shopping cart calculation. It was not a large job as the same rule applies for 100% of our products.
