back office help please

I'm not sure what is going on with my website as currently I cant download a back up of my website and now another problem.

 

This message appears whenever I go on the catalogue at the back office

 

 

 

Why is this and how do I correct it please?

 

PS I cant seem to upgrade either

Hi Benjamin, another problem is I can't actually do this at the moment.

Hi Simpson, could you look inside of your admin folder for the ajax.php, please do not make any changes until you know you have a working back up.

Hi Benjamin,

 

I've now encountered another problem as I accidently 'rolled back' my version.

 

Luckily now I can download the back up's I've previously made and now looking to restore to one of the downloadable versions but how do I do this please?
