**HELP** modules/payment tabs are blank pages *HELP*

Firstly, I deeply apologize for if I have posted this in the wrong section, however I could not find an appropriate section.

 

I am fairly new to prestashop, just a couple of days.

 

The past couple of days i have added products, configured shipping, and did a bunch of other small pages.

 

When it had come time to edit my homepage, i read a tutorial to tell me to get the home text editor module.

 

I went to modules and whenever I press modules it takes me to a blank page. [this is also with payments a few tabs below]

 

I have read plenty of similar problems, and apparently it was a memory_limit issue by my host provider.

 

I had changed the memory_limit myself to 64MB from 32MB, yet nothing has changed, I still have the problem.

 

I am running prestashop 1.5.2.0

 

any ideas would help
