How to do it in general in blocks?

if you meen page like that: http://demo-store.prestashop.com/en/contact-us, then you may manage text via translates

you will need to edit .tpl files in modules you want to change, some pages are not in the modules folder, you can find them in the theme folder (themes/your_theme_name).

some modules build to configure inside the module configuration from BO -> modules -> modules.

or via translate like mentioned above

What do you mean with "translate"?

In your back office (admin) go to Localization -> Translations -> the first box is modify translations -> pick your option (like front office) and press the flag (language) you want to edit/modify

I meen it: Backend->Localization->Translations->Modify translations->Choose your language->contact-form
