Bug in Shipping Fees Prestashop 1.5.2?

Hello, I have a problem with the Shipping Fees:

 

- I've created the products with their weights.

 

- I've created zones, carrier, price ranges, weight ranges...

 

- Under the shipping menu I've set the shipping fees per ranges.

 

But when I check the order and try to select the carrier, always assign the same shipping fee.

For example, in my online shop always the shipping fee that Prestashop assign to the order is the price of 'Peninsula'.

 

Please!! I need to resolve this problem to open my online shop.

We can't see the weight of the product in the cart, nor any of the actual rates...

Could you tell me what do you need to check my problem? Do you need any other images that could help to find a solution?

Were you logged in? If not, does it work when you are logged in?

What was the weight of the products in the cart?

Can you post screenshot of the rates not crossed out, so we can what what it should be (once we know the total weight).

I too am having this issue. I created a custome carrier. We will call it "my carrier".

 

I set the product weight

set the ranges for weight and price for "my carrier"

then I set the " Fees by carrier, geographical zone. and ranges"

 

No matter what I set the fees for it shows $10 shipping plus whatever handling fee I add.

 

So even though I tell it 0-7 lbs is $120.00 it tells my customer I will ship it to the UK for $10

 

I have prestashop 1.5.3 btw
