Please HELP! Problem to import CVS file on my site

I tried to import CVS files as items or catergory, but I still get the error. Does anyone have a sample CVS files which is working ps v1.5x? Please help. Thank you All!

Hi,

 

I'm not permitted to upload the file, but I put some lines in Code-Block.

Save it as CSV and import it. You just have to jump the first line and to deactivate the image-column.

You'll get some warnings about rewrite url (they are really not in columns).
