AvCommNews
Hello! I am wondering if it is possible to use Prestashop as an Amazon affiliate sales site. I do not want to carry any stock and would like to sell Amazon.com products with the storefront. Are there any plug-ins or add-ons that would allow me to do this or would it take extensive coding rework?
applefreak
Even though this topic is a little outdated, it might be interesting for other users. As far as I know prestashop does not have a build in function for that, but you can use 3rd party modules like this one: http://www.pluginbay.com/downloads/amazon-advertising-api-module-for-prestashop-1-x I use this one myself and I get about 30 amazon orders per month. I have about 100 visitors per day on my website. So this module paid itself in no time.
bellini13
Hi applefreak Could you speak more to what this module does? Do you still setup products within Prestashop manually, add pictures, manage retail prices etc...? Essentially your PS store is acting as a catalog store, and all the "add to cart" buttons are just tracking links to the amazon product? If a sale is made, you make a commission?
