Tab cannot be found -> add -> supplier

Hello to all,

 

I have upgraded from 1483 to 1490 and now I first tried to use the Suppliers, and when I click on "Add new supplier" from the new product page in the back office I get this message: "Tab cannot be found".

I think there are some files missing, any idea what/where can I verify and re-upload the missing files?

PS:

in front office I can access the link:

www.mywebsite.com/supplier.php

and I get the message that no supplier was found
