Tax problem - Tax included regardless of what I choose!

As the topic says im having a problem with the tax. It says "incl. tax" no matter which tax setting im using? No matter if you set the price to include or exclude tax

 

The translations are checked and no issue there.

 

Any ideas???

 

Also just for the note the price DOES include the tax, so the settings are correct. But it says "tax excluded despite that". The problem regards both the checkout but also the PDF invoice that customers recieves by mail.
