PayPal module not displaying in module tab

Hi guys,

 

I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out with an issue I'm having with the Paypal module. I recently downloaded the update but it does not appear in the module list anywhere.

I've read through a couple of other threads, but there doesn't seem to be a clear fix for this issue.

I've disabled PayPal check out on my store until this is resolved, so it is rather urgent!

 

I want to call customer support but I am in the opposite hemisphere and they are now closed.

 

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
