I entered the two required values for id and origination zip code, plus the values for service configuration. Dh42 Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 Hmm, it sounds like you do not have your carriers set up correctly. Go inside each carrier and it should have an out of range behavior, set each one to disable. Also start with one active carrier and go from there. It can either be that you have the shipping set up wrong, or that the rate request is getting messed up. Are you running on a vps by any chance? Only then did the real time options appear under Shipping > Carriers. Then I disabled my manual carrier and it works. You are so awesome for helping me. I can't thank you enough.
