Prestashop Store Manager cannot edit, add and nothing

Hello, i have a problem with trial Store Manager.

All looks great, but i can do nothing. If i connect to my shop with SM, that software download all product and categories, but all that is crossed. http://fii.cz/hmtjhkuy

I can edit and add product in SM, but it not send to my shop.

Yes. i send them email. I cant want few days, because i tried this forum. :-)

Hmm maybe someone else can help you, but generally 3rd party software isn't supported here.

Concerning your first issue:

 

This way Store Manager for PrestaShop shows you product with low stock - If the quantity goes below 0, the product will become out of stock and won’t be available for purchase for the clients. In your case - your products have quantity 0 that's why they are crossed. You can set the quantity of your products or you can enable/disable the option to strike out products with quantity 0 in Preferences tab (F12).

 

2nd issue:

 

We suppose that you are using bridge connection. To see all changes that you have made at your online store you need to post them to your remote database (Ctrl+P).
