Hiring: Image Rollover Effect on Category Pages

I got a template that I am modifying but I don't know how to add a image rollover effect to the category page. Basically, when a user hovers over the product thumbnail, i would like to display the alternative image (2nd image) so they can get a good idea of the features.

The guy I bought the template from can't do it for some reason.

 

I will email you the new site I am working on and our current site to show you exactly what it should look like.

 

Please let me know how much it will cost in your message. Looking for someone that can do it this week. Can pay over freelancer sites or paypal or whatever.
