gadabra
We have just updated from 1.4.7 to 1.5.2 Now when viewing the back office we can see every tab and their associated sub menu but if we go to modules/modules we get a blank page. Also the shop is no longer viewable on the web - again just a blank page. All other tabs seem to work OK, all customer history etc has been retained. Help! vekia
you must turn on error reporting in your prestashop, when you turn it on you probably see where the problem occur. you can also check error log in your web service if you don't want to turn error log on please, if you want help, after checkin error log / turining error reporting on tell us where the problem occur regards
gadabra
Thanks for your replies vekia & ramtin2025. Being as the shop was broken I decided to go back to 1.4.7 so reloaded my backup files. Now all I get is "Bad SubDomain SQL query" every time I try to log in to the prestashop admin panel, I don't even get the username/password window. Also the website displays the same error message. No idea what to do now, I have requested assistance from my web host. Any suggestions gratefully received.
