I am not able to install in 1&1 hosting

Hello, good afternoon all:

 

I am just tryiing to install prestahop in 1&1 hosting, I´ve read about this hosting has issues about to install, but some said too they could without any problem.

 

Anyway, anytime I try I get this message:

 

An error occured during installation...

At 45% of Configure shop information step.

 

I´ve tried with different browsers and changing the database type. Have no idea what else can I do, any advice about it?, any hepl would be really appreciated.
