it05jb
Hello all, Im having a problem with my prestashop installation. All is well and i love 1.5 the website is functioning as it should except one issue relating to URL's. My prestashop site is www.bathbombcove.com, you will instantly notice that it redirects to http://bathbombcove.com (this is probably related to when i installed the store). Unfortunately if i go into preferences > seo & urls and change the "shop domain" settings it resolves the issue described above but then breaks all links within the site and product images. Any help you can give would be much appreciated, it is actually stopping me from running adword campaigns because google thinks im redirecting to another site! ecityman
If you are comfortable with Firebug in Firefox, see how the ULR is broken in what format. That will give you an idea why it is breaking...

hextor
I had the same ploblem. Just get into the control panel Preferences>SEO URL> when you change Automatically redirect to Canonical URL option from yes to no and visa versa it creates a new .htaccess file. Setup your your shop domain and ssl properly and toggle and save Automatically redirect to Canonical URL option
