karakoy
Thank you for your attention. Where should I look for it? logs // error_log.txt ? And which word(s) I should search for? ## Add missing products to index doesn't work also! ## Edited November 21, 2012 by karakoy (see edit history)
vekia
Thank you for your attention. Where should I look for it? logs // error_log.txt ? And which word(s) I should search for? logs mean error_log.txt - that's correct. You must look for errors which corresponds to date & time of your works in back office YOu're looking for PHP fatal errors / allowed memory exhaused etc.

musicmaster
It might be a timeout. Did you check the php timeout in php.ini?
