prestapress product images does not work

Hello,

on my prespapress module i have problem with images of products in article.

i have already seen another template with prestapress module and works fine. it should be maybe problem css style of template, i am beginner (if is that css)

 

I asked developer of template called Community but he told that its not his problem

I have tried with Firefox and Internet Explorer and everything is ok. Could you make a screen capture ?
