Website looks like a mess in Internet Explorer

Hi all,

 

I've completed the css changes for my website on Firefox. It looks just the way I want it to (see URL below):-

Unfortunately, when I tried to view my website on Internet Explorer 9, it looks like a complete mess. I turned off "Compatibility View", as it just made it worse.

 

Home Page

1) The nivo slider on the front page - disappeared? When the page first loads, I can see the images for a brief moment, but after that, the entire nivo slider just disappears, leaving the nivo slider small selection buttons visible at the top right of the page.

 

Product Page: e.g: http://www.staging.fashionurges.com/13-metallic-peep-toe-heels.html

1) The Add this button disappeared. Instead it is showing the links in text format.. (Share on facebook, share on twitter, share on email... ) the icons have all disappeared.

 

I'm wondering how do I resolve these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
