Resolved - Newsletter Module - No Emails Stored - No CSV Export - Presta Gurus Required

Hello !

 

I am using PS v1.4.9.0 on 2 stores.

 

In one store, I am able to register for newsletters and it saves the email address in the database; which I am able to retrieve through CSV. I do not use SSL on this store.

 

However, in the other store, the complete setup is same except for the theme and SSL (throughout the website). In this store, I am unable to register for newsletters; which means no emails are getting stored in the database.

 

I request all Presta Gurus to advice me on what the problem is and how can I resolve this?

RESOLVED .... SSL was the problem. Disable the SSL in store homepage and the newsletter module worked fine.
