Guest Posted November 20, 2012 Share Posted November 20, 2012 Just noticed that when I created our multishop system all our accessories disappeared (it may have been on upgrade to 1.5 - I can't be certain of the timing) So, I added an accessory in BO to a product, when I save the product it appears twice in back office, and 4 times in front office Anyone else with this issue or a fix? Guest Posted November 24, 2012 Share Posted November 24, 2012 Only me This is really bizarre I tried clearing the ps-accessory table to start again Now this is the process Step 1 - No accessories BO FO Step 2 add accessory - but not clciking save yet Click Save - and we can see the accessories in the BO is duplicated And duplicated by 4 in the front office Please can anyone help at all? Thanks for choosing PrestaShop! Benjamin - as you asked so nicely I will explain. But not before pointing out that Presta really, really needs to get their support systems in order. I had this issues, and another about Moneybookers. I asked about it here, I posted bug reports on Bug Tracker and i sent messages via the addons site All to no avail - except one automated response from add ons - frankly it is shocking. You need a system where you can keep people with problems informed promptly. I know this forum is informal and it is stated as such, but the addons site and the bug tracker are not informal and should get speedy responses not non existant response OK rant over I had upgraded from 1.4 where I had some modules which were incompatable. I had disabled them in the back office so thought that if they were disabled they would not be interacting.
