adding category link to a pzone them header

Hello, how do I add a link for the parent categories (in my case "mannequins" and "accessories") to the header bar ?

Please give me detailed instructions if you do not mind (where to get the file, where to insert it, etc..)

Please check attached picture to see what I need.
