joannaleng Posted November 18, 2012 Share Posted November 18, 2012 Hi, I just installed presta 1.5 and have renamed my admin folder. i can get to the login page, however I cannot login using te password i have set when i first installed presta even after clicking 'forget password', the new password sent to be would give me an error saying "either employee is not valid or psasword incorrect' how do i solve that? screenshot below: http://screencast.com/t/rTnbbjlNxhH Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Perhaps it was because I renamed the admin folder, and deleted the Install folder after a succesfull install? Any how, moving on.. after I could not get into the back office I unistalled prestashop, and tried to reinstall it, and now localhost cannot find the folder even though it is there and I can localhost everything but prestashop. But installing prestashop on my local machine was due to having so much difficulty with the live site. I've tried 3 templates, including the one I bought, and it seems I am unable to do anything...
