Problems instaling new theme and errors

[mobilute]

Hello,

On my mobilute.ro I have some problems instaling new theme and shop don't work at this time. The theme are shown in themes panel, but I can't apply to it. And also I have some errors in administration panel.

Can anyone help me with?
