Erick678
Hi all, I got a big big problem with the product references in orders. Sometimes i get a order, with wrong product references, not all the product references are wrong. Sometimes there are days when the product reference id's are fine. there is no regularity in. When i click on orders in the backend, and select a order with a wrong reference; then i see the products. Then i click on the product with the wrong reference, the product shows up and give me the right reference.. but in de order is the product reference wrong.. can someone help me please? banchijojo
Did you ever figure this out... I have had this issue with PS 1.3 and with my recent upgrade to 1.
tuk66
Did you have old test orders recently deleted? Did you directly delete records in the database?
banchijojo
Yes, I have deleted some test orders and abandoned shopping carts. And no, I have no touched the database - never have, I only do things through the admin/BO. But what do test orders have to do with an order placed yesterday had the reference wrong? tuk66
Your database probably contains undeleted records or is otherwise damaged. You should look at core tables and inspect the records.
banchijojo
Now to do that I have to access that through my hosting right, nothing in PS would allow me to look, correct?
