constant errors when uploading to a blank server space

Hi,

I keep getting these types of errors when I upload files to a blank server space. There are no other files on the space.

The file "/public_html/modules/blockcurrencies/blockcurrencies.js" was skipped because the old remote file could not be deleted.
The file "/public_html/modules/graphxmlswfcharts/xml_swf_charts/charts_library/lnno.swf" was skipped because the old remote file could not be deleted.
The file "/public_html/themes/prestashop/img/icon/less.gif" was skipped because the old remote file could not be deleted.

Why does this happen?
