zekim Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 I have recently upgraded my store from 1.4.7.3 to 1.4.9.0 to 1.5.2 in one hit. Everything went reasonable smoothly, until now. I am unable to update my products using the import CSV function in the BO. I have FTP'd the CSV file to the server successfully. However when I import the file through the BO the screen hangs for several minutes and then finally throws a "404 page not found". I have checked the database and the updates have not been imported. Guest Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 With just one product, are you tying to upload with images and features? Try one keeping it simple, just upload the basic requirements, Say, Name & Price see what happens.
