Problems with images and checkout

Having problems with images on my site, the images are there and uploaded yet on sub-categories they only come up as broken links. I'm a newbie so do not know how to do the code,

There is also a problem with checkout, it all goes through fine up to the point where it says

1.Please agree with the customer data privacy by ticking the checkbox below

 

Tried to disable the module but still no joy

 

Any help would be appreciated

I cannot replicate this. All images show fine.

The problem is with cookie domain. Some cookies are placed for www.shop.redvalecommunications.co.uk, others for shop.redvalecommunications.co.uk.

 

You already have the shop in a subdomain. Further www before this is unnecessary. Set your web server and PrestaShop so only shop.redvalecommunications.co.uk exists and that there is no such route as www.shop.redvalecommunications.co.uk. Ask your server admin if you don't know how.
